Hello world!

My name is David Joyce. I'm a 32-year-old from the midwestern United States. I am currently an IT administrator for a company here in Missouri but have served in many different roles and settings with technology throughout my professional career. I grew up with a deep magnetism towards mindfulness, often as a young boy seeking out awareness in myself to better the lives of others. Currently, I am the creator and writer for a publication called "mount analog" which serves as a stage for my efforts to present mindfulness as a major solution to our current tribulations and individual struggles with technology use, attention, self-reliance and mental health. I hope that through my published works, readers can find clear meaningful tools and insights to take with them as they journey to become more aware and attentive of the way that technology is impacting their lives, and humanity as a whole.
